So you mean it went undetected by the Indian navy's sonars? If its true then we should re-think the purchase of P8's, towed sonar and hull mounted ones.
It sounds like Bharat needs to enforce no submarine zones, exactly like chin does in South China Seas. Make it hard for them to come here. And I see no reason not to attack those submarines. Who can prove it wasn't a natural accident?
Any update on Pentagon's remarks for ineffectiveness of P8I? Will manufacture of P8I (Boeing) will help India to resolve this issue, any contract arrangement?

As usual !!!!… over reaction from the Media!…. Guys Please have some Faith in our Navy!!!
Useless sensationalist reporting. How do you know the Indian Navy wasn't tracking it?
And then you say they WERE tracking it? What are you trying to do? Get eyeballs?
Just because it's called the INDIAN ocean doesn't mean it's INDIA's ocean. International waters.
Indian ocean belongs to INDIA….only
Hi Shiv arroor, Was the sub detected when it was in water or after it docked in Karachi?
Thanks
Whats the big deal, it went through international waters and was tracked.
If its being tracked, then its really not worth 'alarm' …is it ?
