First of all condolences to the departed souls. It would, however have been better to leave the news of the construction of the second sub as part of a different report. It leaves us with little choice whether to feel sorry for those died or feel elated at the hint of the second sub being under construction. Anyways 5 of Arihant class subs are planned to be built by 2015, so the construction work on the 2nd sub should come as no surprise.
