ditto. first photo is awesome. wish we could have some high-res close-up detail snaps of that vintage radar. wow, she is a beauty! who’s the bloke sitting with her and somewhat spoiling the picture?
anons! you are praising those radars R2L? its era is over .it has done its duty and it is over. you know how much pain in the A$$ to maintain that pieceof $$hit now in these days. The gentleman sitting next to it,you ask him… he has a tale of vows to tell..evenafter 40 years we are trying to maintain those radars..its a real tragedy! Airforce cares a damn and HAL is a whore for them in this matter! Dump it on HAL! shiv ,you have just cut and pasted the photos taken from the special issue of Minsk square matters on HAL ,hyderabad! you please use your good offices to make the airforce guys to phase out these vintage golden oldies.Their era is over man!
the last photo looks like something from Independence Day film. super cool…
[email protected], stop talking shit for no reason. they were superb radars, and though their era has definitely past, what is wrong in a little nostalgia? stop criticising for the sake of opening your pie-hole. keep it shut if you have nothing constructive to say. blithering idiot.
No no..the last photo looks like an aquarium photo, with fish and lighting, seen through glass
