In the second pic, there are 2 pods attached to the aircraft. What are they? telemetry pods, fuel tanks(isn’t the wet point in the centre?), extra thrusters to assist in take off or just to simulate load? Beautiful pics btw.
every things positive about the pic except the small air intakes, which the French are responsible for. they had changed the original sqaurish(and larger) intakes during last minute consultations, citing technical reasons, and increased weight due to extra structural support, but i think the real reason was to fail the design.(afterall they were losing a customer). IAF was not consulted on the issue though, it was consulted on evrey other insignificant issue.
