Apart from being a blunder, this ad is from the women and child development ministry. Then why does it have only male figures in the ad (apart from mummy ji and minister ji)? Shows something about the Indian mentality does it not?
Trust me this is no accident. There are plenty of traitors in GoI who use opportunities like these to make 'errors' for psy-ops reason.
He was probably born in undivided India and his mother must have been an Indian then.

The result shows PAF's chief's photo on page 4.
Incidentally he is the first "military looking" photo shown within the results, will all his medals on!
Needless to say this was a "good looking image" for people in advertisement.
Call it coindicence a photo adjacent to PAF's image within the result is that of PM ManMohan Singh and Def minister Anothy!
Vola….. Our talented advert guys must have put 2+2=5 and the military chap next to the Indian PM's photos must be some one important in India!

The fact that it was cleared by the ministry shows the apathy they have towards military personals.Needless to say they would have recognised the remaining 3 images. and nobody bothered to check if they know the person in the 4th images.
Why? It would not have been considered worth while as the thinking would have been "it must be some defence chap, shows he has achieved as there are lot of medals. And anyways we cant know the defence chaps,as they dont come on tv".

its easy, they were looking for someone handsome to spice up the ad and PAF chief is the best looking person on the ad. It must have been a femaile that prepared the ad.
