Look at the First Pic… The pilots also seems to be American..This is first the American would have been flying an Indian Copter.. I desperately want to know their comments about the machine… Shiv.. I you have interaction with any one please post it….
why would they want to aquaint themselves with Dhruv. Its just a transport helicopter and US has many and more advanced ones. Do they want to know what India has got vis a vis their own defences?
The only thing I really noticed in all these pictures is the fact that the Dhruv is so high off the ground. Is there any reason for this high ground clearance? Most other utility choppers, especially troop carriers, are much lower to the ground for easy ingress and egress, something I'm sure the Americans noted. Also, it looks so crowded. I like the high performance characteristics, but why not make the chopper comfortable and easy to use?
Shiv, pl ask the yanks how they cope up with this gear in the heat. If they had come in May June to Babina for this they would'nt even want keep their underpants on leave aside the gloves. Anyone can get blacked out and drinking plenty of water with salts etc is only a temporary relief.
lovely! nice to DHRUV in action!
wow, the yanks look right at home. probably dumbstruck at what an excellent chopper the dhruv is.

I guess they wear sweat wicking underclothes and not cotton. Also they drink Gatorade :-))
