Got these awesome photos from the Army quite some time ago, but had lost them. Putting these up because I got them from the Army, but they were taken by a pair of filmmakers who (presumably) were doing some shooting on the history of Operation Meghdhoot, except I don’t know their names! Please mail me so I can put in a full photo credit here, or until I get the names of the photographers! Meanwhile enjoy the pictures.

Am I blind or are the magazines empty?
Nice of you Shiv to be careful about giving credit where it is due.
Cheers!
great pics
Ishwar hamari sena ki raksha kare!
These pictures are probably from a training camp. All the magazines on the rifles are empty.
This is probably siachen base camp.
Best in is all INSAS. Good work DRDO and OFB. I’m proud because of your work.
Any comments on how well the INSAS rifles work up at that altitude, temperature?
The last one’s the best of the lot! Thank you and keep it up.
How the hell is the National Flag upside down ?? (Siachen Memorial) This is utterly despicable and not all expected from an armed forces facility.
India need to strengthen this base with strong air defense / long range radar / armed heli gunships / UAV's & atleast 2 sqn's of fighter jets / vast armed forces . This base is almost very near to our two side foe 's , so we need to maintain stronger .
AWESOME !!!
The Indian flag fluttering upside down is a damned irritant. Ref: Amar Jyoti pic.
Jai Jawan that’s all I can say…We are happy here because of you guys.Long Live Jawans.
