Sorry for the break, folks. I was off for a short visit to the Himalayas. A few pictures from the sojourn — the garrison town of Karu near where the Trishul mountain division is based, and an Army para drop exercise just ahead (that’s an ITBP jawan getting off his bus to snap off a few). Back to blogging tomorrow.
The Indian Army should have built their bases closer to the mountain side. Harder to take out with a missile strike than out in the open.

What is this …a defence blog that you seriously want folks to follow ???? I had high hopes but lately this has been reduced to a laughable, on again , off again site for you to post an odd photo here and an odd image there ….. what are we – suckers waiting for bread crumbs to fall off your table ?
