HAL Kanpur must be assigned the responsibility to manufacture the HJT32 trainer aircraft. The number of aircrafts manufactured per annum by the various units of HAL is dismally low. The nation is waiting for last sixty years to see atleast one aircraft to fly with indigenously developed aero-engine.
