Instead of a "caption" I would be more curious to know the root of such bonhomie between the two top generals.. (maybe I'm reading too much between the lines!)
To the best of my knowledge we've never really had any "official" military relations with the country..
Or are we trying to forge some??! If yes, I would be very interested to know how Brazilian Navy serves our interests in the region.. And how does the Indian army come into the picture? I wouldn't have been surprised if it was the Indian Navy chief instead of Gen. V. K. Singh…
