Yeah 100%, DRDO signed a deal with LM to test the software in their controls lab. Those guys sent the DRDO guys back at sanction time, and even confiscated the hardware. DRDO folks redesigned the DFCC locally and developed the software as well. The DFCC has private sector hands also involved.
